Pascal J. Biancheri

A native of Paris, France, Pascal grew up in the hospitality industry. He began his cooking career as a private chef while traveling across Africa. Landing in Washington, DC, in 1978, Pascal worked at several well-known establishments: Rive Gauche, Four Ways and Old Angler’s Inn. Years later, he co-founded Versatile Foods, Ltd. Beyond the kitchen, Pascal has also served as a food consultant for The Low Cholesterol Gourmet, aired nationally on The Discovery Channel, and is tapped for the PGA Golf Tournament.

 

Natasha Soussanin

Across the pond was Natasha, who grew up on Long Island, New York, and graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park. She refined her skills at La Vieille Maison, a five star restaurant in Boca Raton, Florida, and the Old Angler’s Inn in Potomac, Maryland. Her talents as co-owner of Versatile Foods Ltd. vary from developing and testing of recipes for The Discovery Channel to full-scale event creation, planning and execution.
